Before the Internet, it might have never been seen. But now, it's the new Rickroll. It features Soviet-era pop singer Edward Hill. And he was a real sensation. This song is in a style called Vokaliz. It's like a weird version of Scat music from the 1920s. The song is actually sung by Hill. But he's lip-syncing for this television broadcast. And he is terrible at it. It's the just combination of strange and hilarious required for a meme.
